Welcome to Speed Kart Xtreme and the exciting world of land sailing on the beautiful Isle of Skye!

Using the superior 'BloKarts' designed and constructed in New Zealand, you are guaranteed a land-sailing experience that you won't forget!

Our land-sailing activities are suitable come rain or shine for everyone from an absolute beginner to an experienced sailor or outdoor sports enthusiast, with an age range from 8 to 80 years young. We also offer activities for stag, hen and birthday parties as well as corporate groups.  Tandem sails are available for children aged 4-8 and also for disabled youngsters. It may be also possible for children and adults with some lower limb disabilities to land sail-please contact us to discuss.

Our company is operated to the highest professional standards with fully qualified instructors, who are members of the British Land Sailing Association (BLSA) ensuring you have an unforgettable experience in a safe and friendly environment.

Full instruction and safety briefing as well as the provision of helmets, gloves and goggles ensure a safe, exhilarating sailing experience!

Land Yachting

Speed Kart Xtreme

Speed Kart Xtreme provides exciting land-sailing opportunities throughout the year with either one or two hour sessions that includes full land-sailing instruction, health and safety briefing and use of specialist helmets, goggles and gloves. Each session includes practice runs and races depending on participant numbers. Every participant will be required to complete a personal health questionnaire. Sensible outer clothes/trousers and strong shoes should be worn - anorak and trainers are perfectly acceptable.

Prices
Individual adult aged 17-80: one-hour - £30.00; two-hours - £55.00
Individual child aged 8-16: one-hour - £25.00; two-hours - £45.00
Individual child aged 4-8: tandem sail controlled by Instructor: one-hour - £20.00
Family of 4 based on two adults and two children (8-16): one hour - £80.00 saving £30 on individual prices

Stag or hen group - £375.00 (saving £75 on individual prices) Max 8 participants
Corporate Groups - please contact us to discuss requirements and for special rates.

It may be possible for both children and adults with some lower-limb disabilities to be able to land-sail. Please contact us to check on specific requirements.
