Nae Limits is located in the small hamlet of Ballinluig, near Pitlochry on the A9 arterial road and offer a wide range of land and water based adventure sports. We are Scotland's most centrally located outdoor adventure centre, only 1½ hours drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Dundee.
Open all year round, Nae Limits offer over 13 different adventure activities including Scotland's only sphere mania facility, adventure tubes, river bugs, whitewater rafting and much more besides.
This business has swiftly become one of the biggest operators in Scotland from modest beginnings in 1999 and was voted Best Business in the Tourism and Hospitality Awards 2006. Nae Limits has a reputation and enviable track record for innovation and is also a 4-star VisitScotland accredited activity centre and is AALA licensed for many activities.

Wildlife Watching
For a calmer adventure, experience the great outdoors with a wildlife watching tour under the expert guidance of one of our rangers. Take in the magnificent Scottish scenery and spot the local wildlife all year round.
Quad Biking
One of the best ways to experience Scotland's rugged terrain is on a quad bike. Quad biking is available all year round whatever the weather. You will be provided with overalls and a safety helmet. Minimum age of 12 years - under 18s must be accompanied by a guardian. Treks last 1 hour.

Landrover Safari
For a calmer adventure, experience the great outdoors on a Landrover Safari. Take in the magnificent Scottish scenery and spot the local wildlife all year round.
Adventure Tubing
We offer two different types of tubing trips:
- Adventure Tubing with optional cliff jumping - you will navigate through a scenic gorge where very few have ventured. Perfect for groups with mixed abilities.
- White Water Adventure Tubing - brand new and not for the faint-hearted along the River Tummel!
Available from April-September with a minimum age of 14 (18 for White Water Adventure Tubing)

Canyoning
Cliff jumping is a truly exhilarating experience. Our professionals are equipped with expert knowledge of the river and surrounding area and will teach you the correct techniques providing you with a safe but thrilling experience. Our jumps range from 1m to 8m!
Minimum age of 16 years and under 18s should be accompanied by a guardian.
Duckie Paddling
Duckies or Adventure Kayaks are a cross between white water rafting and kayaking. Two people paddle along the water with the aim to stay in a straight line, harder than it sounds!
Available April-September, lasting half a day and ideal for small groups. No previous experience necessary and all specialist equipment is provided.

Abseiling
Abseiling is a great year-round activity suitable for all abilities weather permitting. Our experienced instructors will ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable day. Our abseiling site is around 25m high and there is a minimum age of 12 years old.

Clay pigeon shooting
Nae Limits offers one of the most scenic clay pigeon backdrops in Scotland. We have state of the art automatic equipment allowing you to perfect your aim.
Clay pigeon shooting is available all year round and no experience is required. Sessions last for about an hour and include 25 shots. Minimum age of 14 and under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

White Water Rafting
If you are looking for an adrenaline filled adventure then experience white water rafting along the magnificent Rivers Tay and Tummel. The most popular and social of all the adrenalin sports.
River Tay Grade 2/3 is available all year round. Minimum age is 8 years old when the river is low and 16 years old when the river is high. It's an ideal half day activity or can be combined with something else. Prices from £33.70 per person online.
River Tummel Grade ¾ is available between June and September at weekends only. Minimum age is 18 years old. This activity is ideal combined with another activity. Prices from £40 per person online.
This is the perfect day out for families with children. The Tay is an ideal river for beginners but still provides all the thrills expected from white water rafting. We provide all the equipment you will need for your adventure, a friendly knowledgeable guide and transport.

Paintball
We have seven exciting paintballing game zones for you to explore with your friends, family or colleagues. We are open 7 days a week and will provide you with camouflage overalls, goggles, battle packs and a paintball gun.
Minimum age 12 years and under 18s should be accompanied by a guardian.
Price: From £45 per person including ½ day session, at least 3 games, 200 paintballs and free refreshments.
Sphereing
Rolling down the Perthshire hills at great speed in a giant inflatable ball is one of the most unique experiences around. Sphereing (zorbing) is available all year round and no previous experience is required.
Minimum age 12 years old and under 18s need parental consent. Not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, or who suffers from epilepsy or blackouts.
